Refund Policy

Kashna Script is still in development and paid plans are not open yet, so nothing can be bought or charged today. This policy will apply once they open.

We want you to be sure before you pay, so every new Kashna Script subscription will start with a free trial.

14-day free trial

Try everything for 14 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

7-day refund on your first payment

If you're not happy after your trial, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Just write to [email protected] with the email you used to subscribe. No questions, no forms.

Renewals

Later renewals (monthly or yearly) are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If something went wrong (for example you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling), write to us and we'll put it right.

How refunds are paid

Payments will be processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country or region. Where local law grants a withdrawal or refund right (for example in the EU or UK), that right applies in addition to this policy, and Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, may honour it under its own rules.
